How the results are presented back

When a Participants receive their 360 assessment results, the first view will provide an overall summary of your scores. Here’s what to expect and how to interpret the data effectively:

Overview of Results

The initial summary displays:

  1. The Participant's self-assessment score compared to the average score given by their raters.

  2. Two radar charts:

    • Left-hand chart: Shows the gap between the Participant's self-assessment and the average score from your their, providing an overview of how their perspective aligns or differs from others.

    • Right-hand chart: Breaks down these scores by rater type, such as:

      • Line Manager

      • Direct Reports

      • Peers or Colleagues

      • Others (if applicable)
        This breakdown helps the Participant understand how perceptions vary across different groups.

Key areas to focus on

  1. Blind Spots: Areas where the participant rated themself higher than your their did, indicating potential areas for development.

  2. Relative Strengths: Areas where the Participant's raters scored them higher than they scored themself, highlighting perceived strengths.

Scorecard tab

The scorecard tab offers a detailed breakdown:

  • Themes or sections: Common categories include Strategy, Agility, Performance, Engagement, Influencing, Integrity, and Development.

  • Gap analysis: Displays the difference between your self-assessment and rater scores, both overall and by theme.

  • Question-level details: Every individual question in the assessment is broken down, providing insight into specific areas for improvement or reinforcement.

Prism-Enhanced Analysis

For participants with Prism AI analysis enabled, additional insights are provided:

  • Overall Summary: A concise overview of your results.

  • Ratings Overview: Highlights key trends in quantitative scores.

  • Comments Overview: Summarises qualitative feedback.

  • Suggested Actions: Tailored recommendations for development based on your results.

By focusing on these areas, you’ll gain a clear understanding of your performance, perception gaps, and actionable next steps for growth.
