To start a new survey you need to go to ‘Manage Surveys’ and click on ‘Create New’ in the top right corner. When creating a new survey you need the survey basic information such as the organisation, survey title, start date and end date. Once this is complete the basis of the survey is formed and you can move on to the survey builder.

When building a survey you have the choice to copy an existing survey, base your survey on one of People Insight’s unique models, or write your own survey questions.

Where possible, we recommend using People Insight’s models as a starting point. These have been designed by our organisational psychologists to provide you with the most robust, accurate, and actionable survey data.
