Once you’ve built your survey results dashboard, you’ll need to add users, set user permissions, and issue dashboard invites so that your users can log in and start exploring the data. If you have added a Panel, you can easily allow them to be dashboards users.
Adding dashboard user individually
To add a user to a dashboard, click the 'add user' button to the right of your dashboard:
Select the data you’d like your dashboard user to view, for example, they might only need to see results from the “Operations” division. Toggle the options to customise the results your user/s will see when they log onto their dashboard.
Select 'Add dashboard users' :
You can then select which users to add by picking from:
Or you can add users one by one from your Panel
Click “Add panel users” once you have finished. These users will now appear in your dashboard users' list.
Sending an invite to a dashboard user
After you have added a user to the dashboard, you can send them an invite to view their data. Go into your dashboard users list:
Select the user you would like to send an invite to and then select 'send invite' from the drop down at the top:
Editing or checking dashboard users
You might want to edit a dashboard user, change the data they can view, or check their permissions.
To do this, return to your dashboard users list and click the “Manage dashboard user” pencil icon.
Make any changes you need to, and then click “Save changes”.
