Getting Started: Super User Access

Logging in as a super user

Updated over a week ago

As a dashboard super user you can track dashboard usage and activity, login as other users from your organisation and view survey results for multiple panels.

Super user login

From your login page, you can choose whether to login as yourself or as another user from your organisation.

Once logged in as another user you can:

  • Check the dashboard view a user has access to

  • Review a user’s action planning progress

  • Apply filters to view survey results for a specific group

Please note: Changes you make in another user’s dashboard will be visible to that user when they login.

Viewing panel data

If hierarchies are set up in your survey, super users can also view the results of a panel you are not a member of.

On your login screen, you will see a list of all users set up on a dashboard and the hierarchies that exist between them.

Login as a panel member to view their dashboard.

Reporting on dashboard usage

Usage reports provide super users with visibility of dashboard activity across your organisation. You can see which users have accessed the dashboard, the frequency of usage and which actions users have taken.

Head to ‘Usage Report’ to see your latest user activity. Search or filter your report to view usage by task, by user or for a time period. Export your report to Excel to share or analyse it further.

Action Insights

If action planning has been activated on your results dashboard, super-users can see a report of action planning progress across your organisation. You can see which users have started taking action, which action areas are most common and where support might be needed.

Head to ’Action centre’ and choose ‘Action Insights’ from the menu. Use the filters to search for specific users, action status or action areas.
