iDeck update

Based on client feedback, we’ve made improvements to iDeck to ensure that the titles on the comparator are now clearer and easier to interpret. This enhancement helps users gain quicker insights from their data comparisons.

Accessibility updates on the dashboard

We’ve completed significant accessibility improvements to the dashboard in preparation for upcoming accessibility testing. These updates reflect our ongoing commitment to making the platform more inclusive and user-friendly for all individuals, including those with disabilities.

Tweak to access codes in panel upload:

We've made usability enhancements to the access code process during panel uploads. This update streamlines the workflow, making it easier and more efficient for users to upload panels and manage access codes without any friction.

Sort order display of comparators in the dashboard

The sort order for comparators in the dashboard has been refined to display in a more logical and organised manner. This change ensures users can more easily navigate through their comparisons, improving overall clarity and analysis efficiency.

Benchmarking update

Following discussions in the recent all-company meeting, we’ve rolled out a benchmarking update. This brings improved functionality and greater precision to benchmarking, offering clearer insights and more reliable comparative data.

Directory management (sync.peopleinsight.co.uk) live

Directory management is now live, allowing seamless integration between HRIS systems and our platform. This makes syncing data more efficient and ensures that user information stays up to date across systems.

Prism for comments (internal and limited client use)

We’ve introduced Prism for comment analysis in a trial capacity, with early access available for selected clients. This beta feature allows users to experience Prism’s ability to analyse comments and offer summarised insights, enhancing the overall analysis process.

Bugs resolved

  • Survey conduction: Descriptive content in surveys is now correctly excluded from the question counter, ensuring that only actual questions are counted during the survey process. This fix ensures more accurate survey metrics.

  • Response file upload: A bug affecting the response file upload, which caused some disruptions, has been identified and resolved. This update ensures smoother uploads moving forward and reduces the risk of errors during the process.

  • Testing bugs: We’ve resolved four bugs identified during internal testing to improve system stability and ensure a smoother user experience across the platform. These fixes contribute to more reliable performance and a more seamless workflow for users.
