Lifecycle dashboards & open-ended surveys
We’ve added lifecycle dashboards alongside the introduction of open-ended surveys, such as onboarding surveys. These allow you to track responses over time, providing the ability to compare across different time periods. Please be aware that uploading response data to open-ended surveys has been disabled to preserve the integrity of the time series analysis. Additional information can be found in the Help Centre, and I’m happy to discuss this further at the next BD meeting.
Prism enhancements
Visual improvements: We've refined Prism's visual design to enhance user experience.
Admin controls: New admin controls have been introduced for Prism comment summarisation, allowing for more granular access management from Organisation down to Dashboard User levels.
Homepage integration: Prism now appears directly on the homepage for easier access (when enabled).
Chat scope limitation: We've focused Prism's chat capabilities to ensure more targeted and relevant interactions.
Comments section improvements
Enhanced Prism compatibility: The comments section has been optimised for better performance with Prism.
Export by question: We've reinstated the option to export comments by individual questions, alongside the "export all" functionality.
NPS score stability
When applying a second comparator to a historic survey that didn’t originally include an NPS survey, the NPS score will now display accurately, rather than disappearing.
Responses section update
The "show/hide zeros" feature has been improved, allowing for more flexible control over how zero responses and counts are displayed. You can also rearrange columns for better clarity.
Sentiment analysis control
Admin users now have the ability to exclude specific comment questions from sentiment analysis, offering greater precision in data interpretation.
Translation features
Translations are now available for focal points and Prism, expanding accessibility for multilingual teams.
Dashboard PDF export
We’ve updated the PDF export function to align with our refreshed visual design, ensuring consistency across all outputs.
iDeck enhancements
Export all themes: The iDeck now supports exporting all themes in one go.
Comparator label clarity: Full comparator labels are now visible on the homepage for clearer insights.
HRIS integration
We’re pleased to announce the completion of our HRIS integration with Merge and Bamboo HR, enabling seamless data synchronisation and improving user management.
Additional updates
Email recipient issue resolved: A minor issue affecting email recipient updates has been fixed.
IP address access control: We've added the ability to restrict access to surveys and dashboards based on IP addresses, as requested by A&L Goodbody.
QR codes and survey links: URL logic has been improved to eliminate erroneous spaces, preventing access issues on Android devices.
Admin interface improvements: We've introduced an accordion layout in the admin section to streamline navigation and improve focus.
Homepage text update: The "What are our comparative strengths?" text on the homepage has been revised for greater clarity and impact.
