Multi-line Comment question fix: the multi-line comment question now correctly supports input across multiple lines, enhancing its functionality
Benchmark warning message update: the warning message regarding duplicate benchmarks has been clarified. For your custom Likert questions, you can update the question store. For global questions, you can only override specific properties to avoid conflicts within the survey.
Benchmark and toggle settings fix: resolved an issue where toggles for benchmarks, Focal Points, and Key Drivers were not available during question creation. These options are now applied at the survey level to simplify the process.
Question library navigation streamlining: you no longer need to navigate to the question library to apply benchmarks and toggles. These settings can now be managed directly, preventing issues with missing data or errors.
Increased comment character limit: the default character limit for comment questions has been increased from 500 to 2000, allowing for more detailed respondent feedback.
iDeck 2.1
Alt Text & Appendix view enhancements: we’ve added further alt text to the iDeck and made additional tweaks to the appendix view for improved accessibility and usability.
Prism
PDF export bug fix: w esolved an issue where incorrect data and timestamps were displayed in exported PDF reports. This fix ensures that the exported data matches what’s shown on-screen.
Prism User access default setting: the default user access for Prism is now set to “off” instead of “on.” This simplifies activation, allowing access only to users you specifically enable.
Comments
Dynamic Focal Point name added: the “Respondent's Engagement Score” on the comments screen now dynamically uses the translated version of the Focal Point name, if applicable.
Updated comment filter ranges: filters now display updated percentage ranges for feedback:

Bug fixes
Multiple-choice question (MCQ) anonymity Fix: we've resolved an issue where MCQs were not adhering to anonymity rules. Results below the threshold are now correctly hidden to maintain confidentiality.
