As an HR admin, you have several configuration options to manage how participant reports and PRISM features are handled. This guide explains the available settings and recommendations for ensuring effective report reviews and participant feedback.

Reviewing participant reports

HR admins can review a participant's reports before they do. In some cases, we recommend that HR admins review reports first to ensure participants are guided and coached accordingly.

This feature is enabled or disabled by People Insight admins.

Prism analysis and Prism actions

The PRISM features offer powerful insights and actionable recommendations. If you have Prism enabled, you can independently enable or disable the following options based on your organisational needs:

  • PRISM Analysis: Provides a detailed interpretation of the data.

  • PRISM Actions: Suggests potential next steps for improvement.

To configure these:

  1. Navigate to the specific report

  2. Toggle on or off for Analysis and Actions as required.

Additional Support: Book a Consultation

If you’d like expert guidance, we can enable a "book a 30-minute consultation with one of our consultants" for your participants. This service is designed to help you and your participants interpret Prism outputs and tailor your approach. Note that this requires an additional setup process.
