Prism 1.1 – enhanced interactivity and engagement

We’re thrilled to announce PRISM 1.1, bringing exciting new features to enhance your data analysis experience:

Key Updates:

Interactive summaries: navigate seamlessly from reading about high-level trends to getting detailed insights from AI chat, enabling faster identification of key drivers behind your data.
Improved navigation: a more intuitive layout makes it easier to move between summaries and deeper insights.
Actionable recommendations: expanded AI-driven action suggestions which can tailored to your organisation’s needs when you chat to Prism.

We have made some updates to the Organogram functionality based on user feedback reviews to simplify management and ensure consistency. They are:

Defined through Panel File or Organisation Directory (Sync): Organograms can only be defined via the Panel File or the Organisation Directory (which is data direct from your HRIS).
Manual edits removed: Manual creation or editing of Organograms within the UI is disabled for consistency.
Locked update methods: Organograms can only be updated through panel file uploads or directory edits, ensuring structural integrity during live surveys.

These updates will ensure your organogram management is more intuitive, consistent, and aligned with organisational needs.
