Multiple dashboard experience

Update: June 25 - when you have multiple dashboards, you can view a consolidated summary of each in a single, aggregated view.

Updated this week

Overview

The updated multiple dashboard is designed to improve the experience for those who have access to more than one dashboard. You will still be taken to your latest dashboard on log-in but you then have the option to see all dashboards:

Key features

All dashboard view

  • If you have access to multiple dashboards, you can select on a All Dashboards view that aggregates key insights from across your dashboard into one view:

Exploring one dashboard in more detail

  • You can open up to see the key metrics of a specific dashboard by clicking here:

  • Dashboards can be expanded or collapsed using accordion-style functionality, allowing you to focus on one at a time.

  • A dropdown menu allows you to toggle between Key Drivers, Responses, Scorecard, or Prism Summary

Change the order the dashboards are shown

  • You can reorder your dashboards using drag-and-drop functionality.

  • Clicking View Dashboard takes you directly to the full version of that dashboard.

Accessing a dashboard

You can access the specific dashboard by clicking on this icon:

Getting back

And you can get back from your specific dashboard to your multi-dashboard view by clicking here:

Persistent filters

  • Filters applied within the multi-dashboard view persist across sessions.

  • Filters are per-dashboard, meaning you can set different filters for different dashboards.

  • When you click through to a specific dashboard, the filters they applied in the multi-dashboard view are applied.

  • You can return to your multi-dashboard view with the previous settings intact.

Exporting the summary overview

  • A PDF export function is available to generate and download a summary of the multi-dashboard experience.

  • The export reflects the current view and applied filters.

This experience ensures users have a streamlined, efficient way to interact with multiple dashboards while maintaining full control over their view preferences and filters.
