Release notes 26.06.25

Updated this week

We’re excited to share a range of new features and enhancements that improve accessibility, configurability, and user experience across the People Insight platform. Highlights include improvements to Prism, Conduction, dashboards, admin controls, and survey editing. Here’s what’s new:

1. Prism Manager Action Plans

At People Insight, we know that managers are under pressure – juggling priorities, people, and performance. Finding the time to dive into dashboards and make sense of survey results can be a challenge.

That’s why we created the Prism Manager Action Plan: a focused, personalised view of what’s going well, where to improve, and what to do next – all delivered directly to each manager, in plain language, and designed for action. Optimised for mobile for managers on the move.

2. Prism Chat enhancements: GPT-4.1 and speech-to-text

Prism Chat is now powered by GPT-4.1 for faster, smarter, and more contextual responses. We’ve also added speech-to-text support, allowing users to dictate queries instead of typing - ideal for fast insights and accessibility.

3. Dashboard setup screen enhancements

The dashboard setup interface has been improved both usability and visual clarity.

4. Cookie banner control for Conduction (GDPR-compliant)

Administrator can now toggle a cookie consent banner for survey conduction. When enabled, users see a banner explaining cookie usage (essential, analytics, preferences) and linking to the Privacy Policy. Users can still complete surveys without accepting cookies; however, no tracking of other activity will occur.

5. Dark mode for surveys

Respondents can now switch to dark mode for a more comfortable and accessible survey-taking experience, particularly in low-light environments. This theme complies with WCAG 2.1 AA standards and respects system/browser-level preferences.

6. Improved drag-and-drop for survey questions with display logic

You can now move questions with display logic to any position in a survey — including across sections. If a question is moved before its trigger, a warning will appear to help prevent logic errors.

7. Default email settings update for Action Planning

To encourage better use of the Action Planning Facility, the following email notifications are now enabled by default:

  • Action Progress

  • Action Due in One Month

  • Action Due

  • Action Complete

Meanwhile, Results and Invitation emails remain off by default.

8. Full-screen view for dashboard permissions matrix

The dashboard permissions matrix now opens in a dedicated tab, giving admins a full-screen view that accommodates more columns and enhances usability when managing access across teams, apps, or sprints.

9. Local timezone display for invitations

The Distribution tab now displays scheduled survey send times in the admin’s local timezone, making it easier to plan and verify launch timings across different regions.

Minor updates and bug fixes

This release also includes a range of behind-the-scenes improvements to enhance platform performance, stability, and security.
