As an HR Admin, you can explore both individual reports and aggregate cohort-level insights in the 360 Assessment Tool. This article walks you through the functionality step by step — beginning with the individual view, then showing how to scale that up to cohorts, comparisons, and exports.
1. Viewing individual results
Every participant in a cohort generates a full 360 feedback report. As an HR Admin, you can drill down into individual-level data at any time.
For each individual, you can access:
Full report view – a summary of their 360 results
Detailed scorecard – individual scores across all themes and questions
Prism analysis – written interpretation of their feedback patterns
Comparison view – showing their performance relative to:
Cohort averages
Their own previous scores
Here's how:
Select your cohort first
Select the individual you are interested in:
Select View Report
This is especially useful for supporting managers during performance discussions or talent development reviews.
Additional options
Revoke approvals if a report should not yet be released
Control visibility for certain reports
2. Moving from individuals to cohorts
Once you understand an individual’s results, you can expand your analysis to see how the entire cohort is performing.
To do this:
Use the Results tab in the top navigation bar
From here, you can view results in two main formats:
Heatmap
Cohort
Plus there is a Data export
Heatmap view
The Heatmap provides a side-by-side comparison of all participants in the cohort.
Key features:
See how people perform relative to each other
Breakdowns available by theme and question scores
📍Note: you can also click on a person's name in the heatmap view to see their own individal report
Comparisons
You can apply a comparison dataset from other (previous) cohorts. This will then show both the current and also the historic score in a split screen view.
When View score is selected:
The top part of the split square view shows the current score. The bottom part shows the score from the previous assessment.
Colour coding highlights where scores are higher or lower than the comparison point. In other words, the deltas or differences. In the case of the top part that is the Cohort average for that Theme or Question. For the bottom part that is the previous or other cohort score.
Red shows a negative movement and green a positive one. The colour's depth indicates the relative severity. It is the delta or differences that determine the colour, not the score.
This means that, at a glance, you can see whether participants are advancing or declining compared to their past performance - and - their relative performance versus the rest of the cohort.
Cohort report view
The cohort report is the cohort-level equivalent of an individual’s report. It includes:
Radar charts showing overall strengths and weaknesses
Blind spot analysis for the team
Detailed scorecards aggregated across the cohort
Prism analysis providing written insights
All data is aggregated for the cohort.
Comparison mode
You can apply a comparison dataset here too. All comparative data will appear in brackets for clarity.
A dedicated Prism Comparison Analysis section gives you a narrative interpretation of the differences between cohorts or time periods.
Exporting data
Under the Data Exports tab, you can download cohort data for further analysis. Options include:
Exporting the entire scorecard
Exporting the range or spread of scores by cohort
These exports make it simple to share findings with stakeholders outside the platform or to build additional reporting.
Summary
As an HR Admin, you have three powerful perspectives in the 360 Assessment Tool:
Individual view: explore detailed reports, scorecards, and Prism analyses for each participant.
Cohort view: compare performance across groups using heatmaps, radar charts, blind spot analysis, and aggregated scorecards.
Export: the raw data for further analysis or importing into other systems
By combining these views, you can identify both personal development needs and organisation-wide trends, helping you track progress and guide meaningful change.
