Overview
Automating the addition of respondents to surveys based on their join or leave dates is an efficient method to ensure timely and relevant feedback with minimal effort. By synchronising your HRIS with our system, you can set up automatic survey triggers for events such as onboarding, anniversaries, or departures.
Setting Up Automated Survey Triggers
To implement this feature, follow these steps:
1. Synchronise Your HRIS with Our System
Start by integrating your HRIS (Human Resource Information System) with our platform. This will allow us to automatically track employee join and leave dates.
If you need assistance with the integration, please refer to our HRIS Synchronisation Guide or contact our Support team.
2. Contact Our Support Team
Once your HRIS is synchronised, reach out to our Support team to set up the specific rules you want to implement. Below are some common examples:
Onboarding Survey: Automatically add new joiners to an Onboarding survey 5 days after they join.
Anniversary Survey: Send a survey on an employee's first work anniversary.
Departure Survey: Issue a survey 10 days before an employee's planned departure.
3. Configuration and Implementation
After discussing the desired rules with our Support team, we will configure them in your Organisation Directory (sync.peopleinsight.co.uk).
This configuration process is quick, and our team will ensure everything is set up correctly to achieve optimal results.
Benefits of Automated Survey Distribution
Timely Responses: Ensure that surveys are sent at the most relevant times, increasing the likelihood of meaningful feedback.
Efficiency: Save time and reduce manual effort by automating the survey distribution process.
Consistency: Maintain a consistent feedback loop across your organisation, regardless of changes in personnel.
