We’ve been listening to your feedback on Prism and are excited to announce key updates in version 1.1. Our aim is to make your experience more interactive, intuitive, and chat-driven, encouraging deeper engagement with your employee engagement data.
Here's what's new:
Linking summaries to chat for enhanced interaction
We've reimagined how you interact with data summaries to make insights more actionable:
Clickable summaries: Bold text in the summaries now features an interactive function. When you hover over these phrases, a rainbow effect signals that this key data point and prompts you to explore more AI-driven analysis via chat..
Chat integration: Clicking on the highlighted text automatically opens the chat window and sends a tailored prompt relevant to the highlighted phrase. This makes it easier to dive deeper into specific topics and explore the insights.
For example
A summary mentions "approachable." By clicking on it, the chat opens with a prompt like:
This dynamic interaction allows you to explore your data conversationally, bringing insights to life in new ways.
Asking deeper questions of your data
The power of Prism's chat interface lies in its ability to handle complex, intersectional questions about your data. Asking deeper questions is key to uncovering meaningful insights, and Prism is designed to help you go beyond surface-level analysis.
With Prism, you can:
Compare a single category across multiple demographics, such as age group, length of service, and gender, all at once.
Explore nuanced relationships between themes and demographics to reveal trends or gaps that would otherwise go unnoticed.
For example:
You might ask Prism:
Example question: "Show me mentions of work-life balance across age groups, length of service, and gender. Which group talks about it most, and what are the differences in sentiment?
This ability to layer and intersect data points empowers you to uncover richer insights and ask smarter questions.
You can look explore intersectional analysis:
Example question: Compare mentions of positive work environment communication across gender, department, and length of service. What differences do you see?"
Example question: What are the top three themes mentioned by employees under 30 with less than two years of service?"
Example question: Show me mentions of work-life balance across age groups, length of service, and gender. Which group talks about it most, and what are the differences in sentiment?
And comparative insights:
Question: How does the sentiment on remote working differ between employees in their first year and those with over five years of tenure?
These examples illustrate the type of nuanced questions that Prism responds to, enabling you to explore, unlocking deeper insights from your data.
Actions on demand to drive results
We've made actions on demand to ensure they are always grounded in your understanding of the data. Here’s how it works:
Action button: when you’re ready to act, clicking the action button opens the chat window.
AI-suggested actions: the chat suggests a relevant action based on the data you’ve explored.
Seamless action planning: If you confirm the suggestion by replying “yes,” Prism launches a planning interface (within the same view) where you can immediately refine, assign, and track the action.
This change empowers you to take action with confidence, ensuring every step is rooted in meaningful insights.
Why these changes matter
The enhancements in Prism 1.1 reflect our commitment to making your data analysis journey better, specifically:
