How are actions generated?

Actions are Prism-generated but based on real survey intelligence, including:

  • Key driver scores

  • Team-level survey comments

  • Trends over time

  • Sector and external benchmarks

  • Relevant organisational context (e.g. recent changes, priorities)

Each set of actions:

  • Targets one specific Key driver question

  • Focuses on areas with the most impact on your team’s engagement score

  • Is designed to be added easily to your Action Plan in just a few clicks


How will you access it?

To receive the Prism Manager Action Plan, your organisation must have purchased the Prism module and had it set up by People Insight. Once enabled for your organisation and configured for your managers, everything happens automatically.

If Prism is active and properly set up:

  1. Each manager will receive an email when their personalised view is ready.

  2. The email includes a secure, private link – no login or password required.

  3. Clicking the link opens their Prism Manager Action Plan – filtered to their team, and ready to use.

  4. Managers can explore insights and easily add recommended actions to their Action Plan with a single tap.

Each section is short, focused, and backed by data. On mobile, content appears progressively as you scroll. On desktop, everything is visible at a glance.

  • Only dashboard users with the Prism for Managers feature enabled will receive these reports.

  • Reports are auto-filtered using your default dashboard group settings.

  • Each manager sees only their team’s results.

  • Insights are cached for fast access where possible.
