How will you access it?
To receive the Prism Manager Action Plan, your organisation must have purchased the Prism module and had it set up by People Insight. Once enabled for your organisation and configured for your managers, everything happens automatically.
If Prism is active and properly set up:
Each manager will receive an email when their personalised view is ready.
The email includes a secure, private link – no login or password required.
Clicking the link opens their Prism Manager Action Plan – filtered to their team, and ready to use.
Managers can explore insights and easily add recommended actions to their Action Plan with a single tap.
