Introduction to the 360° Insight Feedback System

You have been asked to provide feedback as part of a 360° assessment. This process helps individuals understand their strengths and areas for development by gathering insights from different perspectives, such as managers, peers, and direct reports.

Why your feedback matters

  • Developmental purpose: your honest feedback contributes to the individual’s personal and professional growth.

  • Confidentiality: your ratings will be grouped in the feedback report, and your open comments will remain unattributed.

Time commitment

  • The questionnaire takes approximately 20 minutes to complete.

  • Complete it within 2 weeks of receiving the request would be ideal.

  • Email reminders will be sent until your feedback is submitted.


Getting started

Logging In

Viewing assessment list

  • Your homepage displays all questionnaires requiring your feedback and their deadlines.

  • Select the pencil icon (manage) name to start the questionnaire.


Completing the Questionnaire

Providing Ratings

  1. Review each behavioural statement carefully.

  2. Use the rating scale to reflect how often the individual demonstrates the behaviour.

  3. Review the behavioural statements in the questionnaire carefully.

  4. Avoid neutral responses; provide honest and thoughtful ratings.

Adding comments

  1. Provide comments or examples to support your ratings.

  2. Offer specific and constructive feedback, focusing on observed behaviours and suggestions for improvement.

Saving and submitting

  1. Your progress is auto-saved as you go.

  2. If you make a mistake and want to start again, click on

  3. Before you submit your answers you can click on Check to see if they have all been completed

  4. The submit your responses when you are ready. Once submitted, your responses cannot be edited.


Anonymity and Feedback Reports

  • Ratings will be grouped in the report, ensuring individual anonymity.

  • Open comments will be included verbatim but will not be attributed to you by name. Consider the tone and content of your comments to maintain confidentiality.


Additional notes

  • Once the person being assessment has created their report you will no longer be able to provide feedback to them

  • You can go in and edit your response at any time before the assessment is closed

  • Please make sure that your answers to the open questions are giving helpful and constructive feedback to the individual. Be as specific as possible in terms of the issues that you have observed or ideas you have on how they can improve.

  • Be aware that staying logged into this system for longer than an hour without any activity will result in you automatically being logged out.
