How to set up an Organisation User so that they have the necessary restricted view

There are now two roles available:

  1. Organisation Super User (the default role for most clients)

  2. Organisation User (new)

The new Organisation User role allows clients to delegate survey setup and management more widely across their business, while keeping visibility and control of sensitive data limited to Super Users. This role also restricts access to the company Organogram (hierarchy view).

How to set up a new Organisation User if you are a Organisation Super User

  • Click on Admin Users

  • Click on Create New

  • Complete theirs details and click on "Save Changes"

  • They are now set up. They will only be able to see their own Survey and any that you associate with them

📍If you have an HRIS integration you should complete this next step

  • Click on Edit next to their name

  • And then lock down the areas of the data that they can see when creating a survey
