1. Lifecycle surveys
Lifecycle surveys created using our Joiners and Leavers' templates are now automatically updated to be open-ended - no more time limits- giving participants continuous opportunities to share insights throughout their journey.
2. Survey labelling in the browser
We’ve replaced numbered question prefixes (“Question 1”, “Question 2”… ) with People Insight | Survey text for a cleaner, more branded respondent experience.
3. Word cloud display
We’ve improved the word-cloud visualisation on iDeck for improved readability and balance, ensuring keyword emphasis more accurately reflects response frequency.
4. New role: Organisation dashboard admin
A new Organisation Dashboard Admin role lets client teams manage their own dashboards - editing layouts, filters, and visibility settings independently. We’ll share more a lot more detailed guidance shortly to help client admins get started confidently.
5. Internationalisation and Language Codes
Language codes now follow ISO four-digit standards, supporting country-specific variants such as fr-FR, es-MX, and en-GB.
For panel/response uploads, the “en” code can still be used (it will auto-convert to “en-GB”)
The system now manages multiple date formats, enabling smoother regional localisation and data imports across global teams.
6. Performance and Bug Fixes
As always, we’ve added numerous minor enhancements and optimised performance throughout the platform for a smoother user experience.
