New admin roles: Super User & User
Managing access across departments, campuses or countries can be complex. That’s why we’ve introduced two clear roles:
Super Users have full visibility and control across all surveys, dashboards and reports. They can manage access, oversee progress and maintain data security.
Users have focused access to the surveys and dashboards relevant to their role, enabling safe collaboration and local action planning.
This structure supports GDPR and ISO 27001 compliance, improves governance, and helps organisations move faster from insight to action.
Dashboard & survey Enhancements
Scorecard Export Improvements: Question order is now included in scorecard downloads for easier analysis.
Translation & Localisation Fixes: Improved translations and dashboard comment handling for global teams.
