What is a scorecard?
Your Scorecard report shows all the questions from the survey. By default, these are sorted by their impact on the focal point (for example, engagement) with the biggest impact first.
Sorting results
To change how results are sorted, click a column heading – for example, Response Favourability. Results will now be ranked by this heading, and sorted from Worst to Best.
Spread functionality
You can click on any question to see a detailed breakdown of responses, including the demographic spread. This feature shows you how responses to a question vary by demographic, for example, department or length of service. Results are shown by the widest spread first, which helps identify the demographics with the biggest impact on the score for this item.
