Understanding and planning your actions

Head to ‘Action Planning’ in the Action Centre to view and organise your actions. You can also add a new action from this page.

Organise your action plan

  1. Actions are organised by status, i.e. not started, in progress or complete.

  2. Drag an action into another column to update its status.

  3. Click ‘^’ on any task to see a task summary, including the question it is linked to and the start/due date for the task.

  4. Click ‘…’ beside any task to expand it and edit the task details.

Search and filter actions

As you add more tasks to your action plan, you can use the filter function to quickly look up specific items.

For example, you could filter by due date to view your upcoming tasks or overdue actions, or by task owner to check the progress of actions you assigned to other colleagues.
