With ‘Manager’ access to your survey results dashboard, you can review survey results, identify what’s driving engagement, and use the Action centre to check in on action planning progress. Manager access enables the following features, to help you explore your survey results.
Viewing employee hierarchies
If enabled on your dashboard, employee hierarchies allow you to quickly see the relationships between managers or organisational levels within your organisation, and view your survey results by your reporting structure.
Viewing another user’s action plan
If action planning is enabled on your dashboard, your manager access also allows you to check in on the action planning progress of other users.
For example, you might want to see how your team is doing and whether anyone needs more support.
Head to Action Centre and choose ‘Action Insights’ from the menu to see how colleague’s action plans are coming along.
