Likert questions

As an example, for a engagement survey, there would normally be 5 'focal point' questions within a reporting section called 'Engagement', the results of these questions would make up your engagement score. All other Likert questions would have 'use in key drivers report' toggled on. these are all used to calculate the key drivers of engagement. You can read more about key driver analysis here.

Comment questions

For comment questions you can change the maximum characters allowed and change the input field to be 'multi-line', which means that participants can write a response as a paragraph, rather being restricted to one line.

Survey specific variables and multi-choice questions

For 'survey specific variable' and 'multi-choice' questions, you can use the 'edit' button to add or remove responses

You can also click the 'edit' button and add or remove question responses and change the order of your questions.
